ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Technical ServiceNow Business Analyst, the candidate will lead requirements gathering and process design for federal agency clients, translating complex mission requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring compliance with federal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to elicit and document business requirements aligned with agency mission goals
• Translate high-level business needs into user stories and functional specifications within Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Conduct gap analysis and collaborate with Agile Coach to design and document new Agile processes for ServiceNow delivery teams

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Level security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 3 years on the ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience in federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or Civilian agencies)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
