Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the ServiceNow Business Analyst will focus on developing custom applications, integrating systems, and utilizing HR Service Delivery solutions while requiring an active Secret or TS clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs
• Integrate various systems with ServiceNow to enhance functionality
• Utilize HRSD solutions to streamline human resources processes

Required qualifications

• Active Secret or TS clearance
• Experience with ServiceNow custom applications
• Knowledge of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions
• Familiarity with integration processes and tools
• Experience with Professional Services Data Solutions (PSDS)
