Job Summary
Providing expert business analysis and quality assurance support for a major ServiceNow platform implementation, the remote ServiceNow Business Analyst will optimize the use of various ServiceNow modules while leading requirements gathering sessions and supporting post-implementation activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and define operational and system goals for ServiceNow modules
- Develop models, use cases, process flows, and specifications to guide software development and integrations
- Support post-implementation activities, including incident resolution and functional training
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis supporting the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong knowledge of ITIL service management and software testing practices
- 8+ years of experience in data integration, solution design, and analytics
- 8+ years of experience in importing, exporting, and analyzing data for business needs
- 8+ years of experience leading requirements-gathering sessions and creating detailed documentation
