ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between business teams and developers, the remote ServiceNow Business Analyst will manage requirements gathering, documentation, and data integration efforts while supporting IT operations management and service management within a complex ServiceNow environment on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate findings into clear, durable documentation
• Support data integration efforts, ensuring accuracy and usability across reporting and analytics tools
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, training end users on new functionality

Required qualifications

• Deep, hands-on background in business analysis supporting the full software development lifecycle
• Strong command of ITIL service management practices and quality testing methodologies
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and visualizations that make sense of complex data
• Genuine ServiceNow expertise that has earned the trust of end users and leadership alike
• SCRUM or Agile experience and ITIL certification are a plus
