ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the requirements gathering and process design, the full-time remote Technical ServiceNow Business Analyst will act as a bridge between federal agency clients and technical development teams, translating complex mission requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring compliance with federal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to elicit and document business requirements aligned with agency mission goals
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications within Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Conduct gap analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution designs meet federal IT standards

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 3 years on the ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience in federal contracting (DoD, DHS, or Civilian agencies) and Agile/Scrum environments
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
