ServiceNow Business Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Mid Business Analyst for a remote, full-time position, responsible for bridging technical delivery teams and business stakeholders, managing user adoption lifecycles, and delivering training programs to enhance engagement with ServiceNow applications.
Key responsibilities
- Host stakeholder workshops, perform gap analyses, and build structured user stories with explicit acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with technical developers and product owners to groom backlogs and manage sprint scopes
- Design UAT test scripts, manage user testing cohorts, and validate feature performance prior to deployment
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Administrator within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating within an Agile/Scrum framework
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one
