Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong experience in ServiceNow platform and business process expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops

Qualifications:

• Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas within the ServiceNow platform
• Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM
• Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
• Certified System Administrator preferred
• Five years of experience in ServiceNow (minimum)
