ServiceNow Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong experience in ServiceNow platform and business process expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops
Qualifications:
- Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas within the ServiceNow platform
- Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM
- Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
- Certified System Administrator preferred
- Five years of experience in ServiceNow (minimum)
