Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst/Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform IT business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and documentation for IT or security-related systems
• Configure and develop workflows in ServiceNow for IAM-related processes such as access requests and lifecycle management
• Design and integrate workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow workflow design and configuration
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and business analysis practices
• Experience in integrating IAM systems like Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
• At least one ServiceNow certification (CSA or CIS)
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed process flows and functional specifications
