Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis and reengineering efforts for ServiceNow implementations across various modules
• Work with stakeholders to define business goals, requirements, and success metrics
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather business input and deliver strategic ServiceNow solutions

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required
• 3+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementations in federal or public sector environments
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management on federal contracts
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HAM, and SAM
