Key Responsibilities

Lead Business Process Consultant support, workshops, and documentation
Create user stories and conduct demonstrations
Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow implementations

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Must have CIS certifications in APM and relevant areas
CSA certification is essential
BPC certification is essential
Experience with CMDB, CSDM, and APM is essential
