ServiceNow Business Process Consultant
Job Summary
Driving business process design and functional implementation, the remote Business Process Consultant (BPC) / Source-to-Pay Functional Lead will optimize Source-to-Pay processes, lead discovery workshops, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for a global enterprise client on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and business process review sessions with stakeholders
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Source-to-Pay processes
- Define and design future-state procurement and Source-to-Pay workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or Source-to-Pay transformations
- Experience as a Functional Lead or Business Process Consultant on ServiceNow implementations
- Strong understanding of procurement operations and supplier management
- Experience facilitating workshops with executive and operational stakeholders
- Prior ServiceNow SPO implementation experience (preferred)
