ServiceNow Business Process Consultant
Job Summary
To drive business process design and functional implementation for a global enterprise, the remote ServiceNow Business Process Consultant will lead discovery workshops, gather and validate business requirements, and optimize Source-to-Pay processes while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and business process review sessions with stakeholders
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Source-to-Pay processes
- Define and design future-state procurement and Source-to-Pay workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or Source-to-Pay transformations
- Experience as a Functional Lead, Business Process Consultant, or Product Owner on ServiceNow implementations
- Strong understanding of procurement operations and purchasing workflows
- Experience facilitating workshops with executive and operational stakeholders
- Prior ServiceNow SPO implementation experience (preferred)
