ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

As a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst, the remote position will lead end-to-end requirement discovery for complex initiatives, translating business needs into actionable solutions while collaborating with senior stakeholders and ServiceNow teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for business stakeholders, leading requirement discovery sessions and capturing business objectives
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy
• Document and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and participating in Agile ceremonies throughout the delivery lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise-scale technology environments
• 4-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across various modules such as CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM
• Deep expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and data quality enhancements
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with global teams in offshore-onshore delivery models
