ServiceNow CMDB Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contracted basis, the ServiceNow CMDB Architect will provide architectural leadership for CMDB initiatives, deliver complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, and mentor project teams while advising clients on best practices to enhance their experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver architectural guidance and hands-on support for client CMDB implementations, including story development and testing
• Define technical and design approaches, lead scrums, and oversee Go-Live planning efforts to ensure project quality
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing and collaborate with Business Process Consultants to define customer requirements

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and 10+ years in client-facing professional consulting roles
• Strong experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB solutions, including data governance and CMDB health initiatives
• Demonstrated experience with the Agile methodology and leading sprint planning efforts
• Ability to conduct client-facing workshops and independently gather business requirements
• Hands-on experience with architectural and build support for CMDB implementations
