ServiceNow CMDB Architect

Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction and governance of the ServiceNow CMDB platform, the full-time remote ServiceNow CMDB Architect will manage data quality, oversee integrations, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards to support operational excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) strategy and roadmap
• Govern CI class models, relationships, and data sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Lead CMDB governance processes, standards, and operational controls while driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with deep expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and IT operations processes
• Experience leading CMDB governance and maturity programs
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence enterprise stakeholders
