Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow CMDB BSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design, governance, and operational excellence of the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform
• Monitor CMDB data quality and health, supporting and troubleshooting CMDB issues
• Manage and improve CMDB governance, documentation, and training while driving continuous improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in a related role
• Strong expertise with ServiceNow CMDB, including CI class structures, reconciliation, discovery, and integrations
• Experience working with technical teams across infrastructure, applications, and platform engineering
• Technical CMDB expertise with a process-driven, analytical mindset
