Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMDB Senior Technical Consultant to join their team in a 100% remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of the CMDB component within the ServiceNow re-platforming program
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand configuration item (CI) requirements and dependencies
• Analyze the current CMDB and discovery architecture to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, focusing on CMDB and Discovery
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Proven experience leading CMDB implementations in large-scale enterprises
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices, especially Configuration Management
