Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (CMDB) to implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform and advise clients on best practices
  • Contribute to Agile engagements, enhancing project efficiency and quality
  • Define technical approaches, lead scrums, and oversee technical quality on customer projects


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
  • 3-5+ years of client-facing consulting experience with ServiceNow or enterprise SaaS implementations
  • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Discovery and MID Server configuration
  • Strong capability in CMDB governance and data quality management
  • Experience leading technical workshops and advising on CMDB strategy and best practices
