Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote ServiceNow CMDB Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Set up and configure ServiceNow Discovery, including probes, sensors, and mid-servers
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor CMDB performance and provide insights

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM processes
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB & CSDM
Basic knowledge of scripting in PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python
