ServiceNow CMDB Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Set up and configure ServiceNow Discovery, including schedules, probes, and sensors
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to support organizational goals and provide training on CMDB processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
• 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB
• Experience in ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset Management
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
