ServiceNow CMDB Specialist

Job Summary

To support organizational operations during a critical project period, the remote contract ServiceNow CMDB Specialist will manage, maintain, and optimize the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, collaborating with infrastructure and platform teams
• Develop and enforce CMDB policies and perform regular audits and reconciliation of data
• Utilize scripting skills to automate processes and enhance CMDB functionality while managing CI classes and relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow CMDB
• Proven experience with ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, and asset management
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
