Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in process definition, improvement, and re-engineering
Minimum 5 years experience developing requirements documentation and project artifacts

ITIL v3 or v4 Certification
Business Process Management (BPC) training/certification
