Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine content for accuracy and relevance in ServiceNow Consultancy
• Conduct interviews and assess qualifications of experts
• Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with project guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or Information Technology
• At least 5 years of professional experience with ServiceNow software
• Advanced level of English (C1) or above
• Ability to learn new methods and switch between tasks quickly
• Access to a laptop and internet connection for remote work
