A company is looking for a ServiceNow CSDM Analyst SME.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement CSDM in a commercial global enterprise
Analyze and re-engineer existing processes and organization structures
Provide guidance on enterprise ITSM systems and facilitate continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading teams in ServiceNow deployments
ServiceNow Certifications in Administration, Implementation, CMDB, and Data Foundations
Experience with ServiceNow CSDM deployment at the enterprise level
Strong facilitation skills and ability to build positive working relationships
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training
