ServiceNow CSDM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow CSDM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle implementation of ServiceNow CSDM at an enterprise scale
• Remediate legacy or non-compliant CMDBs and transition them to a CSDM-aligned model
• Align and integrate CSDM with ITSM, ITOM, Application Portfolio Management, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure models

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, focusing on CSDM and CMDB strategy
• Proven experience leading comprehensive CSDM implementations from design through to production
• Deep, hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow CSDM at an enterprise level
• Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture, class models, and the CSDM 3.x framework
• Experience operating in complex, multi-domain enterprise environments
