ServiceNow CSM Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the ServiceNow CSM Principal Technical Consultant / Architect will design, integrate, and implement CSM solutions while managing workshops, documentation, and acting as the project architect for approximately 30 hours per week across EST, CST, and PST time zones.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement CSM solutions, ensuring effective integration and configuration
• Conduct workshops and write documentation to support project objectives
• Act as the project architect, guiding the overall architecture and strategy for CSM initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Essential certifications: CIS - CSM, CSA, and CAD
• Proven experience in architecture and integration within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Strong consultancy skills with the ability to work independently
• Experience with ServiceNow AI migration processes
