ServiceNow CSM Deployment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow CSM & SPM Deployment Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical governance and oversight for ServiceNow CSM and SPM deployments
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the implementation partner, ensuring delivery accountability
• Establish validation checkpoints for deliverables and guide testing strategies for quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields with 5+ years' experience as a Data Engineer
• 8+ years in the ServiceNow ecosystem, including 3+ years in a Lead Architect, Governance, or Strategic Advisory role
• Proven track record overseeing 2-3+ large-scale, full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, including OOB utilization and scalable platform design
• Experience working alongside and challenging large system integrators
