Job Summary

ServiceNow CSM Developer, a fully remote contract position for 6+ months, is responsible for developing and implementing ServiceNow Customer Service Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow CSM applications and modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
• Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality

Required Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow CSM development and implementation
• Active Secret clearance
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
