Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end delivery of global Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) implementations, the remote contract ServiceNow Delivery Lead will oversee project scope, schedule, and stakeholder communications while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of global ServiceNow SPO implementations across various business units
- Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomes
- Oversee deployment planning, testing, training, and go-live activities for smooth transitions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of ServiceNow delivery leadership experience with a successful project execution track record
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) implementations
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and Source-to-Pay processes
- Experience managing global implementations across multiple countries and business units
- ServiceNow SPO certifications or badges preferred
