Job Summary
To support the delivery and adoption of ServiceNow solutions for federal customers, the full-time ServiceNow Delivery Specialist will manage requirements gathering, testing, and deployment activities in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions while coordinating with customers and technical teams
- Develop and execute testing activities, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system readiness
- Facilitate customer meetings and support change management and training efforts to enhance user adoption
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or platform operations
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience in writing and managing user stories and requirements
- Proficiency in performing system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality and configuration components
