ServiceNow Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

To support the delivery and adoption of ServiceNow solutions for federal customers, the full-time ServiceNow Delivery Specialist will manage requirements gathering, testing, and deployment activities in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions while coordinating with customers and technical teams
• Develop and execute testing activities, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system readiness
• Facilitate customer meetings and support change management and training efforts to enhance user adoption

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or platform operations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Experience in writing and managing user stories and requirements
• Proficiency in performing system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
• Understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality and configuration components
