Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Demand Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day demand management processes from intake to prioritization
  • Act as a direct link between clients and the ServiceNow team
  • Preside over the ServiceNow portfolio governance demand board

Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of IT project management experience using Agile methodology
  • 4+ years of ServiceNow project management experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ITIL best practices
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification
