Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (4 years)
- Minimum of 8 years of Information Technology experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development
- Experience with automated testing and quality practices, including Automated Test Framework (ATF)
