Job Summary

Joining a dynamic technology team, the full-time ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and optimize complex ServiceNow workflows to enhance business operations and user experiences in a fast-paced, multi-instance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to automate business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions while optimizing and maintaining ServiceNow applications
• Implement and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML, ensuring high levels of system reliability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Expert proficiency with Flow Designer, ServiceNow Workflow Editor, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
• Strong command of ServiceNow data models, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
• Demonstrated experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
