Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer - Software Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable ITSM solutions and create detailed documentation
Facilitate training and provide mentorship for junior professionals
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure compliance with IT standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, management, information systems, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8 years of IT experience in ServiceNow solution development or similar ITSM/ITAM/HAM-SAM solutions
Strong understanding of ITSM processes and proven track record of implementation
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
Expertise in ITSM frameworks (ITIL) and experience with Agile concepts
