Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate processes

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow's proprietary scripting languages
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; additional certifications are a plus
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
