Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Playbooks and Workspaces
Configure and enhance Agent Workspace to streamline task management and improve user interaction
Build and maintain Process Automation Playbooks for guided experiences across ITSM, HR, or CSM modules

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or CSM
Proven experience with Playbooks (Flow Designer & Guided Interactions) and Agent Workspace customization
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow's scripting tools
Familiarity with integration tools such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server
