Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure the CPIC and TBM modules
- Develop scoped apps and automate workflows while collaborating with stakeholders
- Monitor system performance and optimize processes to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications and Skills
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Public Trust or higher clearance
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer using TBM and CPIC
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- Strong proficiency in AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
