ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements
• Customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, and business rules
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or 5 years equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS)
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and their alignment with ServiceNow ITSM
