Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to assist with the implementation and support of ServiceNow applications.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize the ServiceNow system, including workflows
Develop and automate scripts using ServiceNow functionality to streamline tasks
Perform implementation tasks including programming, configuration, integration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
5 years of experience in the development, implementation, administration, and configuration of ServiceNow
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Scripting, Service Desk, and ITSM suite
Hands-on experience in providing ITIL and IT Service Management Solutions
Preferred certifications include Certified SNOW Application Developer and A+ certification
