Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Custom Developer to lead the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of customized applications within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to build solutions in ServiceNow that meet business requirements
• Enhances and implements new features within the ServiceNow environment using JavaScript-based development
• Performs platform upgrades and maintains platform performance and security monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of ServiceNow Development experience and 5+ years of software development experience (JavaScript preferred)
• Deep understanding of JavaScript for creating and maintaining Record Producers, Script Includes, and more
• Knowledge of Service Portal and ServiceNow APIs
• Experience with platform upgrades and cloning
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications required
