A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer & Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support to ServiceNow users and assist them with queries
Work with business stakeholders to analyze processes and ensure ServiceNow configurations meet their needs
Design, develop, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform, including training and documentation for end-users

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
Proficiency in multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, TNI, and CMDB
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus
Experience with data analysis and reporting
