Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support the ongoing development and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on ITSM.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow configurations and custom applications
• Support ongoing improvements and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect and business analysts to clarify requirements and deliver solutions aligned with client needs

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance
• 5-7 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification (ITSM preferred)
• Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including server-side and client-side JavaScript
