ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer for a 6-12 month contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Order Guides, and UI Pages
• Implement and support CSM modules, including case, incident, problem, and knowledge management
• Develop scripts using JavaScript and support ITSM processes across various modules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Extensive experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM
• Proven success in designing UI for Service Catalog requests and managing workflows
• Ability to write and maintain custom scripts, tables, and forms
