Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance its ServiceNow capabilities within the IT Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incidents, Change, Problem, etc)
- Build and enhance workflows, catalog items, and automations
- Troubleshoot platform issues and support daily IT Operations needs
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development, including Flow Designer and scripting
- Understanding of platform best practices
- Experience with CMDB and ITSM modules
- Ability to translate business needs into reliable solutions
- Capability to work independently within an IT Ops team
