ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow PO and Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and create functional and technical designs
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and forms

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Strong experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, and/or other core modules
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and configuration, including Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
• Experience acting as a Product Owner and leading client-facing initiatives
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-user training and enablement
