ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support the Information Technology team of a large federal agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and expand custom-developed ServiceNow applications utilizing the Now Platform
• Diagnose and troubleshoot production application issues and promote innovation in technologies and processes
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Teams on requirements and support the design and continuous improvement of Service Management solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of development experience in ServiceNow with required CSA Admin certification
• Experience in ServiceNow application development, including ITSM and SPM modules, and integrations using REST API
• Knowledge of SDLC practices and Agile methodologies
• Ability to obtain a Postal Sensitive Clearance (US Citizenship or Green Card required)
