Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer (ServiceNow) to design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance ServiceNow Catalog items and maintain platform architecture documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the ServiceNow platform according to ITIL best practices
• Develop technical design documents, test plans, and support ServiceNow upgrades and development efforts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in ServiceNow development
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Experience with server-side and client-side scripting on the ServiceNow platform
• Fundamental understanding of technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions
• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline with 3-5 years of professional work experience
