Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their IT support and development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and optimize the Contract Intake application within ServiceNow
• Develop and update workflows, business rules, and UI policies for contract approval processes
• Implement and refine integration between ServiceNow and Costpoint using MuleSoft APIs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including workflows, catalog, and scripting (Advanced level)
• Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs (Advanced level)
• Proficiency with JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting (Intermediate level)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes such as Request, Change, and Access Management
• Experience with MuleSoft integration and contract management processes (Intermediate level)
