Key Responsibilities

Optimize and expand the existing ServiceNow application, improving functionality and performance
Drive development to production execution by collaborating with internal and client-side teams
Build a scalable, integrated system by connecting ServiceNow with various platforms and ensuring data quality

Required Qualifications

3+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and custom application development
Proven ability to develop Service Portal pages, widgets, and workflows
Experience working across development, testing, and production environments
Strong understanding of data integrations and system architecture
