Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain controller flows and reusable subflows for vendor processes
Develop catalog items, client scripts, and support REST/S3 integrations
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and support UAT prep data and issue triage

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Experience with custom scoped applications, ACLs, and Business Rules
Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and platform principles
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required); Certified Application Developer (preferred)
Familiarity with ITIL and Service Management processes
